Candidate terms & conditions

1. Introduction:
By opting into the Audio Intake ("Service"), provided by audiointakes.com ("Company"), you ("Candidate") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2. Service Description:
The Service allows candidates to answer a set amount of questions with their voice detailing their motivation for a particular role or opportunity. This voice message will be used for evaluation by potential employers.

3. User Conduct:

• Candidate ensures that all information provided is accurate and current.
• Any use of profanity, offensive language, or inappropriate content in the voice message is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Usage & Privacy:

• All answers given by Candidate will be stored securely (with the EEU) and will only be shared with relevant parties in the recruitment and staffing process.
• Alla answers give by Candidate will by default be stored for a maximum period of 3 months (if not agreed otherwise).
• We can delete and adjust Candidate answers or personal details at any given time. This can be realised by Candidate by sending a written request (email) to support@audiointakes.com

5. Intellectual Property:
The content of the voice recording remains the intellectual property of the Candidate. However, by submitting a voice message, the Candidate grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the voice message for the purposes of matching the Candidate to the right job.

6. Disclaimers:
The Company does not guarantee any employment or placement as a result of using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances will the Company be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service.

8. Termination:
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any Candidate who violates these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms:
The Company may modify these Terms at any time. It is the Candidate's responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

10. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and will be interpreted in accordance with the courts of Amsterdam.
