How many questions can I add to an Audio Intake?

You can add up to 10 questions per Audio Intake. Think about what you currently take into consideration while reviewing an application (resume and/or cover letter). Keep it simple for both, you as well as the candidate.

For which roles can I best use Audio Intakes?

For any role. As communicating with our voice has become generally accepted over the years and even unmissable for certain audiences it works well for various roles. Also, don't forget that it's an alternative for a written application, which a lot of people do not prefer.

How long and where is the data of candidates stored?

The data is processed and stored within the EEU. By default it is stored for 12 months, nevertheless you have full freedom to adjust this default retention term.

Is Audio Intakes GDPR compliant?

Yes, we offer everything necessary to comply with GDPR regulations and give you and the candidate complete control over the data. We take the privacy and security of you and your candidates personal data very seriously.

Can I control the length of the answers?

Of course! For each question you can set the allowed time (and amount of takes) for the candidate to answer the question. Take into consideration that some questions may require more time than others and that some candidates may require more time than others.

Can I brand the an Audio Intake?

We offer you the possibility to customise the welcome (first screen) and thank you (last screen) screens. This can be done in several ways. Contact us to get more information on the possibilities.

What languages does Audio Intakes support?

We currently support English and Dutch. This includes transcriptions (automatic textual documentation). Nevertheless we can add additional languages within one month.

Can I also ask my questions in audio?

We currently do not offer this functionality as it would make setting up an Audio Intake to time consuming. You can personalise the Audio Intake by customising the welcome and thank you screen.

How much does it cost?

We have a very straight forward and transparant pricing. To start you'll pay €200,- a month as a fixed fee. On top of that we will charge you €0,10 per processed audio minute. The amount of processed audio minutes are calculated and invoiced at the end of each month.

How and where can I see the answers of candidates?

Inside your existing recruitment software, in the candidate file. This is where we integrate our submission interface, where you can playback the answers in audio or choose to read the answer in text.
